Lost, Stolen or Damaged Packages

We strongly advise you to add shipping insurance to your purchase, as Route protects against theft, damage, or loss of products in transit.

In the unfortunate event that your items are lost, damaged, or stolen during shipping, Route will either refund you or replace the affected items. You can easily file a claim directly with Route, or if you prefer, one of our dedicated customer support team members will be happy to guide you through the process.

Please note that Soft & Sacred Co. is not responsible for lost products in transit or items that are stolen from your mailbox or front porch. We take great care to package our products securely; however, if your package arrives damaged and you do not have insurance, we will do our best to provide a satisfactory solution.

International Shipping

For international orders, please note the following:

  • All international orders are subject to customs duties and taxes.
  • Soft & Sacred Co. is not responsible for customs duties and taxes.
  • International shipping rates may vary depending on your location.
  • Please allow 7-14 business days for international shipping.

Sales and Extended Shipping Times

Please be aware that during special sales events such as our Anniversary Sale and Black Friday Sale, our shipping times may be extended due to an increased volume of orders. We will do our best to fulfill orders as quickly as possible, but please allow for additional time for your order to arrive.

  • Anniversary Sale: Extended shipping times of 5-7 business days (Standard Shipping), 3-5 business days (Priority Shipping), and 1-3 business days (Express Shipping)
  • Black Friday Sale: Extended shipping times of 7-10 business days (Standard Shipping), 5-7 business days (Priority Shipping), and 2-4 business days (Express Shipping)
